CRITICAL:
1. ESC button - minimize/maximize multiboard
2. two bugs with TIME STOP fixed
3. attack UI removed from boats
4. Game Time clock added to multiboard
5. number of rows in MB reduced by 1
6. shotguns rewrited, 2,3,4 decks for now,better use,speed decrease added (too heavy cannons )
7. priority changed for players to HIGH (multiplayer)
